MKey шифрует переписку, звонки и файлы на вашем устройстве. Регистрация — по логину и паролю: ни номера, ни почты не нужно. MKey encrypts messages, calls and files on your device. You sign up with a username and a password — no phone number, no email required.

Личные чаты и приватные группы читают только участники. Сервер хранит шифртекст и удаляет его после доставки. Direct chats and private groups are readable only by their members. The server stores ciphertext and deletes it after delivery.
Ключ — у васYou hold the key
Аккаунт и переписку возвращают 12 слов, которые знаете только вы. Мы их не знаем и восстановить не можем. Your account and history are recovered with 12 words only you know. We do not have them and cannot restore them.

Одна переписка на нескольких устройствах: новое подключается по QR-коду. Версия для Android есть и без сервисов Google. One history on several devices: a new one is linked with a QR code. The Android app is also available without Google services.

Чего пока нетWhat is not there yet
- Внешнего аудита криптографии не было. Стек стандартный (Olm, X25519, Ed25519, ML-KEM-768, Argon2id), но собран одним разработчиком. There has been no external cryptography audit. The stack is standard (Olm, X25519, Ed25519, ML-KEM-768, Argon2id) but assembled by a single developer.
- Сервер не хранит, кто с кем переписывается, но оператор, записывающий живой трафик, может это связать. The server does not store who talks to whom, but an operator recording live traffic could link it.
- Приватная группа — до 10 участников. Видеозвонков нет. A private group holds up to 10 members. There are no video calls.
Не полагайтесь на MKey там, где цена ошибки высока. Do not rely on MKey where the cost of a mistake is high.
